A name, location, or other query entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. This site does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. A message sent through email or a contact form may include the sender’s address and any details supplied. We retain that material as needed to respond and do not share it outside the organization unless the law requires disclosure.
